Leroy Kung
Chief Executive Officer

Leroy Kung, iMerchants co-founder and technology visionary, started his career as a software developer with Fujitsu America Ltd in Silicon Valley, where he was responsible for research and development on network technologies. On returning to Hong Kong, Leroy spent a number of years in investment banking before co-founding iMerchants with Lena Foo in 1996. Leroy holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from The University of Southern California and a Master's degree in Engineering Economic Systems from Stanford University.

Lena Foo
Chief Operating Officer

iMerchants' co-founder Lena Foo is a technology industry veteran with extensive experience in systems design and development, strategic planning, operations design and management and project management. Prior to co-founding iMerchants, she worked with Hongkong Telecom (now part of Pacific Century CyberWorks Limited), DHL Worldwide Express and IBM. Lena holds a Bachelor's degree in Science, majoring in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University.

Edward Un
General Manager, Chief Technology Officer

As General Manager and Chief Technology Officer, Edward is mainly responsible for steering Beanstalk's product direction and overseeing the design and development of all Beanstalk software products.

Prior to joining Beanstalk Limited, Edward was co-founder and Vice President of Advanced Technologies at Just in Time Solutions (now Avolent, Inc.), a leading provider of enterprise software for Financial Relationship Management in the United States. At Just in Time Solutions, Edward was responsible for leading the software engineering team in the successful development of enterprise software solutions for major US corporations including Wells Fargo, Intuit and AT&T.

Edward previously held a variety of technical positions at the headquarters of Sun Microsystems, Microsoft and Ensemble Information Systems. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and an MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from U.C. Berkeley.

Clement Leung
Financial Controller

Clement Leung joined iMerchants in 2000 from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he held the position of Audit Manager. His previous experience includes a managerial position in the Greater China corporate finance division at Peregrine Capital Limited and a 7-year stint at KPMG. Clement holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and is an associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK.
